The 90-day guarantee
More booked jobs in 90 days, or you get every dollar back
Last updated
Most agency guarantees are written so they never have to pay. They promise measurable improvement and then point at charts that were always going to go up. Ours is one number, and it is the only number that pays your staff: jobs on the board.
Book an advisory callThe guarantee
One number, agreed before you pay anything
No sliding scale and no wriggle room.
Before you pay us a dollar, we agree a number: booked jobs per month, written into the agreement.
If you have not hit that number within 90 days, you get back 100% of the fees you paid us. You keep the website, the content, the Google Business Profile work and the ad account. All of it stays yours.
You do not have to build a case for it. You send one email.
The definition
What counts as a booked job
A number is only worth something if both of us count it the same way.
A booked job is work scheduled on your calendar and attended, for a new or lapsed customer, traceable to something we run - a tracking number, a form on the site, your Google Business Profile or an ad. Service calls, maintenance agreements and replacements all count.
It is not a booked job if it was a warranty callback, a supplier, a recruiter, or a customer you were already scheduled to see. We are not going to pad a number we agreed to be judged on.
Every call that leads to one is recorded through tracking we set up before day one, and the job itself sits in a system you have the login for. Every figure we report, you can open and check yourself.
The baseline
Where the number comes from
Set from your history, not from what sounds good on a sales call.
We pull your last 12 months of booked jobs before you sign anything. That is the baseline. Seasonality is built in, so August is compared against August, not against January.
The target sits above that baseline, in writing, and it does not move afterwards.
If your tracking is not good enough to set a baseline, we say so and we set it up first. The 90 days start when we can actually count.
The second guarantee
Every call and every report is me
Not a junior. Not an account manager who joined last month.
The founder does the work, sends the report and picks up the phone, for the life of the engagement. That is the reason the client list is capped at ten.
This is part of the guarantee, not a line on a sales page. If you are ever handed to someone else without agreeing to it first, the same refund applies.
Website builds
A build on its own has its own guarantee
A new site with no campaign behind it has no 90-day job target, so it gets a date instead.
Your site is live by the date we agree, or the build is free. The site is still yours either way, on your own hosting, and it moves with you if you leave. What the build includes is on the HVAC website design agency page.
If you want the build and the campaign together, the 90-day booked-jobs guarantee covers both.
If we miss
What comes back to you
All of our fees, and everything we made while we were trying.
You get 100% of our fees for the 90 days. You keep the website and it is yours to take anywhere, every page and every piece of content we wrote, your Google Business Profile cleaned up and optimised, the ad account with its audiences and creative, and the tracking setup, still running.
If you are on more than one service and only one of them fell short, the refund is all of it, not just that channel.
Ad spend is not refunded. That money went to Meta, not to us, and we are not going to pretend we can claw it back.
Your side
Four things that have to be true
Each one of these makes the number impossible to hit, and none of them is in our control.
Someone answers the phone. A missed call is not a job. If a meaningful share of calls go unanswered during business hours, the guarantee is void - and we will show you the recordings before we ever say that.
Tracking stays installed. Call tracking, analytics and access to where the jobs are logged stay live for the full 90 days. Remove them and there is nothing left to count.
Work gets approved inside five business days. Content, site changes and ad creative sitting in your inbox for three weeks is three weeks the campaign was not running.
Nobody else is running the same channels. No second agency on local SEO or Facebook ads during the window. Two people pulling in different directions makes the numbers meaningless.
Why we can offer it
Ten clients, one industry
We take ten clients at a time and only residential and light commercial HVAC. We are not spreading one process across sixty businesses in forty industries and hoping.
There is no contract and no setup fee, so you could leave in month two regardless. The guarantee just means you would not be out the money. If you want the rest of what we would rather you heard from us before signing anything, it is on the honest part of the homepage.
Questions we get
Asked before every first call
Do I have to sign a contract to get the guarantee?
No. There is no monthly commitment and no setup fee. The guarantee is written into the agreement that starts the work, and you can still leave any month.
What if the jobs show up in month four instead of month three?
Then the guarantee has already paid out if you claimed it. Most contractors carry on regardless, because by then the work is arriving. The refund exists so the first 90 days are not a bet.
Is ad spend included in the refund?
No. Our fees only. Ad spend goes to Meta and it is gone. Refunding money we never received would be a promise we could not keep.
I am on SEO and Facebook ads. Only the ads underperformed. What comes back?
All of it. Every fee you paid us across the 90 days, not just the fee for the channel that fell short.
How do I claim it?
Email on day 91 or after. We pull the job log, we count, and if the number is short the refund goes out within five business days. No exit interview and no attempt to talk you into another quarter.
What happens to the website and the content if I take the refund?
You keep all of it. The site is on your own hosting and moves with you, the content stays on it, the Google Business Profile work stays done, and the ad account is yours. Nothing is held on our platform.
The number gets agreed before you pay anything
Book an advisory call. We will look at your last 12 months, tell you what we think is realistic, and put it in writing. If we do not think we can hit it, we will say that instead of selling you a retainer.
