Who we are and how to reach us
Honest HVAC Marketing Agency LLC is a marketing agency serving residential and light commercial HVAC contractors. Our mailing address is Westlinks Business Park, 12771 Westlinks Dr, Fort Myers, FL 33913, United States.

The data
What we collect
Two kinds: what you type in, and what your browser reports automatically.
What you give us: if you fill in a form, book a call, or email us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, and whatever you write in the message. If you become a client, we also hold billing details and the access credentials you grant us to your own marketing accounts.
What is collected automatically: your IP address, browser and device type, referring URL, the pages you view, and how long you stay. This comes from our web server logs and from the analytics and advertising tools described below.
We do not ask for and do not want sensitive personal information - government ID numbers, financial account numbers, health data or anything similar. Do not send it through a form on this site.
The purpose
Why we collect it
To reply to you. If you submit a form, we use your contact details to respond, schedule a call, and follow up about working together.
To run the business. Delivering services to clients, invoicing, keeping records, and meeting our legal and tax obligations.
To understand what is working. Aggregate analytics tell us which pages get read and which forms get filled in, so we stop writing the pages nobody wants.
To advertise. We run ads on Meta platforms and use tracking to measure which ads produced enquiries and to show ads to people who have visited this site.
Storage
How long we keep it and how it is protected
Enquiries that never became clients are deleted after twenty four months. Client records are kept for seven years after the engagement ends, because tax and contract law requires it. Analytics data expires on the retention schedule set in Google Analytics, currently fourteen months.
We use encrypted connections, access controls and reputable vendors. No system is perfectly secure and anyone claiming otherwise is selling something. If a breach affects your data, we will tell you as required by applicable law.
Your control
What you can ask us to do
Email privacy@honesthvacmarketing.agency and we will action any of these.
Ask what personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it. Ask us to correct anything wrong. Ask us to delete it, subject to records we are legally required to retain.
Ask us to stop emailing you. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link and it works, but you can also just reply and say stop.
Ask us to exclude you from advertising tracking and audiences.
We respond within thirty days and we do not charge for it. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.
The rest
Children, external links and changes
This is a business to business site. It is not directed at children under sixteen and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has submitted information, email us and we will delete it.
This site links to other websites. Once you follow a link, their privacy policy applies, not this one. We are not responsible for what they do with your data.
If we change this policy we update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be posted here before they take effect. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the updated policy.
